Mission Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) and Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) is a health care program designed to provide medical, rehabilitative, social and recreational services for adults who are frail and/or physically or emotionally impaired. Our mission is to keeping each participant at the highest degree of independence with dignity and respect. Mission ADHC-CBAS is licensed by the Department of Health Services and the Department of Aging.
All services are managed by professional, experienced and licensed health care staff.
Services are at no cost to Medi-Cal recipients who are enrolled in IEHP, Molina, Health Net, LA Health Care, or Kaiser Permanente and meet the criteria for the program.
Private participants are also encouraged to join and fees will be based on Medi-Cal rates.
